Didn’t see many Knights in white satin at the White Knight Gala in support of Egale’s Safe School Campaign at the Larkin heritage estate in South Rosedale but everyone was decked out in a whiter shade of pale.

- The glitterati: There were plenty of bright, shiny things afoot.

- Manly because of the feet: Men folk sported everything from espadrilles to cowboy boots.

- Flora and fun: Some shoes had flower salads as toppings; others were glitzy underfoot.

- White on: Clearly, white shoes are no longer synonymous with nurses.
